    Shipping

    We sell finished pieces that are in stock. Shipping is charged separately from the item price.

    • Czech Republic: CZK 170 — Czech Post.
    • Other EU destinations available at checkout: €15 — Packeta home delivery.
    • United Kingdom: €15 — Packeta home delivery.
    • United States: €30 — Czech Post.

    These rates apply to clothing and small handmade pieces, delivered to your address with tracking. For other destinations, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. Shipping for dolls is arranged separately. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier.

    For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties, taxes or carrier charges may apply. These charges are not included in our prices and may be payable by the recipient.

    Returns

    If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, email a clear statement to cmaradova.jarka@gmail.com within that period and include your order number. Please send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.

    If you change your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us. Please pack it securely. You are responsible only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

    We will refund the item price and the original delivery cost up to the price of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered. We will do so within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. We may wait until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it back.

    Faulty or damaged items

    If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, please email us at cmaradova.jarka@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos are helpful if available. Your rights concerning faulty goods are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal. An accepted complaint will be resolved without necessary costs to you.
