1. Who controls your personal data

2. What information we use and why

When you place an order, we use your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number if provided, the items ordered, prices, payment and delivery status, and related correspondence. We process this information to conclude and perform the purchase contract, process payment, deliver your order and communicate with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

We keep invoice and accounting information to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). We may keep order and correspondence records where necessary to answer questions, handle complaints or protect legal claims (Article 6(1)(f)). If you contact us without placing an order, we use the information you provide only to answer and follow up on your request.

We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Who may receive the information

We share information only where necessary with our e-commerce and hosting platform Shoptet, the selected delivery provider (Czech Post, Packeta or its local delivery partner), financial institutions involved in a bank transfer, and accounting, technical or public-authority recipients where required by law. Each recipient receives only the information needed for its role.

When an order is delivered outside the European Economic Area, the delivery address and necessary shipment information may be passed to the carrier or local delivery partner in the destination country so that the contract can be performed.

4. How long we keep information

Order, payment and accounting records are kept for the periods required by applicable Czech tax and accounting law. Correspondence and complaint records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the matter and protect legal rights. Cookie and technical data are kept according to the lifetimes stated in the shop's cookie settings.

5. Cookies

The shop uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for functions such as the basket, checkout and session security. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are used only when enabled and, where required, after your consent. You can reject optional cookies or change your choice at any time using Edit cookie settings in the website footer.

6. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Information required for an order must be provided so that we can conclude and perform the purchase contract. Without it, we cannot complete the purchase.
