Terms & Conditions

1. Seller and scope

This online shop is operated by Jaroslava Štefková, business ID (IČO) 08135622, registered address and return address: Žitomírská 640/3, 101 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic (the “Seller”). Email: cmaradova.jarka@gmail.com. Telephone: +420 776 891 658. The Seller is not registered for VAT.

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the AnnaBell online shop. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

2. Products and availability

AnnaBell offers handmade custom dolls, doll clothing and curious creatures. Unless a product page states otherwise, items are finished, one-of-a-kind or limited pieces available for immediate purchase. We do not accept made-to-order or personalised commissions through the online shop.

Handmade products may show small variations and traces of handwork. Colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen. These characteristics are not defects. The photographs and descriptions form part of the product information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, AnnaBell pieces are art collectibles intended for adult collectors, not children's toys. They may contain small or delicate parts and should be kept away from young children.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

The customer selects the product, delivery method and payment method and submits the order through the checkout. Before submitting it, the customer can review and correct the entered information. Receipt of an order is acknowledged automatically by email. The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order by email or dispatches the goods.

If an item has exceptionally been sold elsewhere at the same time, is incorrectly priced, or cannot be supplied for another serious reason, the Seller will contact the customer promptly and refund any payment already received.

4. Prices and payment

Product prices are shown in the currency displayed by the shop. The Seller is not registered for VAT. Delivery charges are added separately and are shown before the order is submitted.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout. Where payment by bank transfer is selected, the order will be processed after the payment has reached the Seller's account. Any bank or currency-conversion fees charged by the customer's bank are borne by the customer.

5. Delivery

Available destinations, carriers and delivery prices are shown at checkout and on the Shipping & Returns page. Orders within the Czech Republic and to the United States are normally sent by Czech Post; European orders are normally delivered through Packeta or its local delivery partner. Delivery to other countries may be arranged on request.

In-stock goods are dispatched without undue delay after payment, within the processing time stated in the shop or order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or circumstances outside the Seller's control.

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees or local charges. The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and cooperate with the carrier. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or the customer did not collect it, any reasonable costs of resending may be charged.

6. Consumer right of withdrawal and returns

A consumer may withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the consumer, or a person designated by them, receives the goods. To exercise this right, the consumer must send an unambiguous statement to cmaradova.jarka@gmail.com before the deadline.

The goods must then be sent without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice, to: Jaroslava Štefková, Žitomírská 640/3, 101 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend tracked and suitably insured shipping because the customer is responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to the Seller.

The customer may handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The customer is responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what would be possible in a physical shop.

The Seller will refund payments received for the returned goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery originally offered, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or the customer provides evidence that they have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Additional costs chosen for a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

The statutory withdrawal right does not apply to goods made or clearly personalised to the customer's specifications. AnnaBell currently sells finished pieces through the online shop and does not offer custom orders there.

7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

The Seller is responsible for delivering goods that conform to the contract and for statutory rights arising from defective performance. A complaint should be sent as soon as possible to cmaradova.jarka@gmail.com with the order number, a description of the issue and photographs where helpful.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please keep the item and packaging and contact us before returning it. Where a complaint is justified, the Seller will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and reimburse reasonable return costs agreed with the customer. Normal wear, damage caused by misuse, improper storage or unauthorised alteration is not a defect.

8. Intellectual property

AnnaBell product designs, photographs, illustrations, texts and other original content are protected by intellectual-property law. Purchasing an item does not transfer the right to reproduce its design or use AnnaBell content commercially without prior written permission.

9. Personal data

Information about how personal data is processed is provided in our Privacy Notice.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms and purchase contracts are governed by Czech law, without depriving consumers residing in another country of mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual residence.

We prefer to resolve any concern directly. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, www.coi.cz.

11. Final provisions

If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The version displayed when the order is placed applies to that order.

Effective date: 6 October 2026.
